Those first few weeks after the funeral are so important. The placing of a plaque, expressing a personal message, helps to overcome the starkness of the newly dug grave and provides the family with a focus for their feelings.
The positioning of a natural stone boulder or individual plaque in granite or slate, immediately following a burial or the internment of ashes, does not conflict with other stonemasonry arrangements, but simply provides the family with additional comfort, whilst they are waiting for a tablet or headstone to be fixed.

We offer a fast and efficient service in order that the grave is left unmarked for the shortest period of time. All faxed enquiries received before 4.00 p.m. are proofed and faxed back the same day for your approval. Confirmed Orders are dispatched within 5 working days, or sooner if required and fixing couldn't be simpler, just place the boulder in position, or in the case of the individual plaque, attach the aluminium stake that is provided.
